The Cytoplan Organic Vitamin B Complex contains good levels of B vitamins (including Thiamin (B1) Riboflavin (B2) Niacin (B3) Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6 and folate) that have been organically sourced from a blend of Guava, Mango and Citrus Lemon fruits extracts.

These B Vitamins provide excellent support for those who lead strenuous lives.
B-vitamins are involved with a range of normal body functions, from cellular growth to metabolism.
The water solubility of B complex vitamins means that any excess is excreted and not stored. Therefore they must be continually replaced. All B vitamins, when mixed with saliva, are readily absorbed.
This product contains vitamin B6 which contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
