This protein powder is free of complex carbohydrates, sugars and sweeteners and is therefore, useful for individuals who are following a carbohydrate restricted diet. It can also be used as a full meal replacement supplement if blended with fruit to provide carbohydrate. In addition it may be used as a multi vitamin and mineral by providing levels of optimum nutrients. It is a particularly useful supplement to a vegan diet by providing 14g of protein per 20 gram serving as well as iron, B12 and iodine, all which can be lacking in vegan diets.

- Omega-3 and omega-6 are found in every cell in the body, where they have both structural and functional roles. The balance between them is important and Omega Balance is formulated to provide an appropriate ratio of the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids EPA, DHA and GLA.
